Phil Crouch, Managing Director

Phil’s career in the IT industry spans nearly 40 years and has involved a variety of markets including Central and Local Government and major commercial companies. Prior to joining mtl he held sales management positions with Kienzle, Datapoint and MDIS (now Northgate) where he was responsible for all sales in the UK to the Trades Union sector. Phil heads the MTL management team and is responsible for all sales and marketing. As well as ensuring a steady flow of new business Phil has overall responsibility for all customer relationships and partnerships with third party suppliers.

Fuad El-Hadery, Chairman

Fuad was one of the founders of mtl and has been involved in software development all his working life. Since mtl’s formation Fuad has been one of the key designers of MTL’s software solutions and has a wealth of experience in meeting the needsof all aspects of administration and management for the Not-for-Profit sector. Although he has now released the day-to-day management of the company to the Management Team Fuad still retains a close interest in the overall direction and of the company and retains a “hands-on” role applying his experience to decisions taken about future product developments.

Andy Norgate, Technical Director

Andy started his working life in administration for a trades union then moving into software development before joining mtl in 1985. Andy has been one of the principal architect of MTL’s software solutions using his experience as a user in developing easily operated software for the Not-for Profit sector. Andy is responsible for all software development.

Mohan Sharma, Finance Director

Mohan was one of the founders of MTL. Originally involved in software design and development, he later took responsibility for project management. Mohan now concentrates his attention on the financial management of the company and takes on specific development projects. This includes the evaluation of new products, services and markets. He still retains a close interest in the customer base and maintains a “hands-on” role with some customer projects applying his experience to the analysis and specification of client requirements.
