Hitesh holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from Brunel University,
and an
MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City
University.
Hitesh worked for mtl for twelve months during his degree course, when he
carried the responsibility for software testing and help-desk support. After
completing his MSc he joined Capco (previously City Practitioners Limited), who
are a global Financial Services and I.T. Consultancy, where he was involved in
business analysis and project management. Hitesh successfully completed
projects with a number of prestigious clients that included Shell, JP Morgan,
Dresdner Kleinwort and Credit Suisse.

mtl has also engaged the services of Richard Slade to
undertake a variety of Sales and Marketing activities. Richard is already well
known to mtl and some of its customers, having worked previously for Sapphire
Systems Plc (supplier of Financial & Business Management solutions).

Caroline (known as Cass) Simister joins mtl as a trainer, having
most recently worked on significant programmes with Ernst & Young and Marks
& Spencer. She has over 10 years experience in administration, as well as
training personnel how to get the best out of their company's systems. Cass is
