| 60 customers and 40 MTL staff enjoyed a rare break in the wet summer at MTL’s User Day on 20th July. The morning seminar was held in the grand (and dry) surroundings of Middle Temple Hall in London. This was the first occasion when both MTL and Ariadne customers had come together to be brought up to date on Company news and the latest product developments. A number of new customers were welcomed and MTL was able to announce a number of significant new contracts awarded in the last 12 months. Customers attended from Dublin, Belfast and Glasgow as well as those more local. It was also an opportunity to welcome new staff with MTL’s headcount having grown by over 35% in the last year.

 SodalitaS Application Express (MTL’s latest reporting tool) demonstrated by John Smith, Membership Manager at the Transport Salaried Staff Association.
New features in the eServiceS suite including the use of Ajax technology and integration with Google maps and Google calendar.
MTL Autodoc – software package to provide automated document routing
A demonstration of a “replay” product which MTL is now using for demonstrations, walkthroughs and training purposes
Throughout the morning the rain was of torrential proportions but miraculously there came a break in the clouds 15 minutes before the assembled staff and guests left Westminster Pier on the Golden Salamander for a gentle cruise down the Thames. The afternoon weather was pleasantly warm and sunny and gave opportunities for customers and staff to share experiences and ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
