The Membership Priority Challenge 2022
On Thursday 8th September we teamed up with The MemberWise Network for an interactive membership strategy seminar with over 40 membership professionals. The event, the Membership Priority Challenge was a half day in person seminar and provided real-life insights around proactive and reactive retention strategies and how they are crucial in the long-term success of membership focused organisations.
Our Head of Product, Steve Shiels and Account Director, Ed Owen delivered the session and introduced delegates to an actionable retention framework in which supports membership professionals to ensure their membership activity is focused. The framework focused on campaigns, segments, channels & measures. In the second session, attendees shared their own ideas, experiences and challenges around each area of the framework.
