Digital Excellence 2022: The Post Covid Verdict

On Thursday 26th May, the Digital Excellence conference hosted by professional network Memberwise returned.

The popular conference saw the launch of the Millertech new brand identity and solving membership support materials for professionals.

We loved seeing both familiar and new faces at the conference. It was an opportunity to network with 380 membership professionals around their digital challenges for the first time since 2019 – a welcome change from the online learning and meetings most of us encounter daily in 2022. The Millertech team were on hand to discuss key challenges, trends and ideas and the new Millertech support materials proved very popular with professionals.

Throughout the day, delegates had the opportunity to explore, learn and engage in key digital topics including:

  • Member data and improving business insight
  • Digital transformation and digital membership schemes
  • Effective engagement strategies for integration solutions
  • Member engagement

Attendees visited the Millertech stand to receive their exclusive Solving Membership goody bags, along with complimentary copies of our engagement eBook: Defining, measuring and solving member engagement.

Delegates also had some fun in competing in the Tap the App game , where attendees had a chance to win an Amazon Fire.

The Memberwise Network delivered a great event for membership professionals to learn about all things digital within the sector. The content delivered by speakers and the conversations within the exhibition areas around key topic areas such as member engagement, retention and acquisition were really insightful”.
– Nik Hutton, Head of Business Development.

We had a great time at Digital Excellence and look forward to Membership Excellence in November.
